If an approved CNA moves to Arkansas from their home state, they must contact AR Nursing Assistant Registry or OLTC to obtain reciprocity form. OLTC will contact all other states to verify their status on their registries before transferring certification through reciprocity. If certification is not active, they are require to take the competency examination.
